Read on to know all about her fitness regime –

What is your fitness mantra?
Eat right and sweat well and you should have a cheat meal at least once a week.

Is abs necessary?
Well, I would quote it in this manner, abs are absolutely needed. This is because abs workout not only help you to improve your posture, but also help your muscles free which reduces back pain and support entire body.

What is your current workout routine?
Because I have a tight schedule, due to my current show and print shoots I manage my workout time accordingly. I can do it convincingly because my gym works 24/7 and my trainer adjusts his schedule as well.

Who is your gym buddy?
My gym trainer! I love getting trained by him and the way he gets the most difficult stuffs done in an easy way.

Share your diet chart with us?
I prefer eating homemade protein mostly something made out of white eggs, cereals and dry fruits in the morning. Then in the afternoon, I eat generally more or less everything I crave, like brown rice, chicken salad, pulses or any green vegetables. At brunch, I prefer having fruits and then after 7 I generally avoid eating anything.

Have you ever taken the supplement to lose or gain weight?
No, I haven't taken any supplements.

What would you recommend for a quick 20-30-minutes workout?
For a quick workout I would recommend free squats, squat, presses, jump ropes, jumping jacks, tipsy bridge, plank, and abs. This can be done in 2-2 sets.

How do you stay motivated?
I believe everyone should have a fit body and that's what keeps me motivated to be fit and hit on gym.

How much do you weigh right now?
47 Kgs.

Which body part are you proud of and why?
There is no specific part as such. I admire my whole body.

What time do you work out?
There is no specific time for working out. I do it whenever I get time. I always make sure to take the time out, I wouldn't skip in anyway.

Do you ogle at hot bods in the gym?
Never (laughs).
