Akshay Kumar doesn't go wrong with his movies. He picks the most masaaledar, chatkedaar plots that dive his BO collections and his fan following by millions! So it's not surprising that he has come up with another fun fare this Friday. Gabbar is Back could very well light up the box office...here's why:
Interesting Title:
Nothing gets better than Gabbar whet you're looking for an anti hero in your film. The recall value of the legendary villain from Sholay is so high that even newer generation kids can relate to. The title is a total winner that can take the movie to dizzying heights. Don't you guys agree with us?
Akshay Fighting Corruption:
The movie explores the dark world of corruption and who better than Akshay to do justice to the character? He is the messiah of the masses who's dialogue delivery and punches make the audiences hoot like crazy. If Boss, Baby and Holiday weren't enough to showcase his skills, he is coming to blow your minds with this tale of loss, revenge and killings. Nice, eh?
Fresh Pairing:
It's the first time south sensation Shruti Haasan would be seen romancing Akshay on the big screen. While their age difference is massive, their pairing looks fresh and appealing. Kumar's rustic looks and Haasan's innocence come together is a beautiful cocktail that has the potential to be potent drink this Friday. Akshay also has a brief romance with Kareena Kapoor Khan, who plays his wife in the movie. They look lovely together too. It's too bad that Bebo wouldn't be seen hogging the screen for a long time.
The Original is Full of Kickass Moments:
Those of us who have seen AR Murugadoss' original Ramana in Tamil and the remakes in other South Indian languages know what a paisa vasool flick it is. It's filled with kickass moments that will make you clap, cheer and generally feel like a hero yourself. Grab a bucket of popcorn and iced cola, sit back and enjoy the movie because it's your typical Bollywood movie with larger-than-life characters and action sequences choreographed for your whistles.
