2 States fame Aru Verma bags two new films

The guy although played the rather notorious and hateful role of Duke in 2 States, he did make a mark with his impressive portrayal. Yes, we are talking about the talented Aru Verma who amazed viewers with his performance in the above film and later shined in the show Its Complicated on Channel V. Now the boy has gone ahead and signed two other 70mm projects. One is the ambitious movie produced by renowned musician Ismail Darbar and the other by his 2 States DOP, Vinod Pradhan (director and producer). The untitled projects are said to go on floor soon and will have Aru playing a different character in both the movies. Sharing more on the projects, Aru quips, “I cannot share anything on the character but I am really excited to play a different role now. I have portrayed comedy roles and really looking forward to don some serious avatars now.” He further adds, “Also since I have worked with Vinod earlier and the film also has half the team of 2 States, I am super excited. It’s almost like coming home for me.” We wish you great luck Aru!
