Popular and acclaimed writer Abhijat Joshi, known for his work in 3 Idiots, PK, Lage Raho Munnabhai and more recent Wazir, went under an operation yesterday (22 April).
The writer, who works with filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra was admitted to the Hinduja Hospital in Mahim on Wednesday following swelling in the pituitary gland and was subsequently operated yesterday evening.
As per reports, he is out of danger now and has been shifted from the ICU.
We have been informed that apart from Vidhu, Sanjay Dutt and Aamir Khan also went to meet him at the hospital.
