MUMBAI: Anant Ambani, the son of business billionaire Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, the daughter of Encore Healthcare CEO Viren Merchant, tied the knot in a grand ceremony on July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra, Mumbai. The couple and their various functions have been grabbing the attention of fans for months now.

Apart from the many international celebrities the Kardashian sisters Kim and Khloe were also in attendance. Khloe wore wore beautiful creations by well known designer Manish Malhotra. While she praised him for the outfits, she stirred controversy after referring to him as a ‘local designer’.
Khloe shared stunning pictures of her pink outfit designed by Malhotra and wrote, “Thank you India! 🇮🇳 this was a dream come True! Kim and I are so thankful for your kindness in sharing your culture with us for a few days. Magical memories 🩷 @manishmalhotra05 @manishmalhotraworld the stunning outfits you created for us are so intricate, detailed and breathtaking! Thank you 🩷.”
She further wrote, “@lorraineschwartz you really know how to drip a girl in diamonds! We felt like princessesyou are the best.”
Manish commented on her post writing, “It was an honor and absolute pleasure designing and customizing the outfits and wonderful memories meeting you all (heart emojis).”
On snapchat Khloe shared with her fans, “You guys, how beautiful are my clothes that I've been wearing are all so beautiful designed by a local designer. I will get you his name, but everything... I mean everything is so spectacular.” She further said, “I love this pop-pink number. Just the vibrancy, the detail, the intricacy of it. It's to die for.”

The Kardashian sisters arrived in Mumbai accompanied by their entourage of employees and security personnel. Before the wedding, they had an auto rickshaw ride through the busy streets of the city and were greeted with a red carpet at the Taj Mahal Hotel here. At the star-studded ceremony on Friday, Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Asia's richest man, tied the knot with pharmaceutical heiress and childhood sweetheart Radhika Merchant.
