We don't want to be the harbinger of bad news, but we just might be...because there are strong whispers in Bollywood about John Abrahams' marriage being on the rocks.
John, who married USA-based investment banker Priya Runchal in 2014, is said to be having issues in the marriage due to their long distance set up. While Priya is busy with her career in the US, her actor-husband is taking care of his film commitments in India, a gossip site stated.
This apparent distance is rumoured to be the reason behind their marriage allegedly falling apart, the site further added. The two, who had a hush-hush marriage, have never stepped out together for film parties, premier galas and other Bollywood soirees, the site noted.
So, is their marriage really on the verge of a break-up? Only time will tell.
Before tying the knot with Priya in an intimate ceremony, John was in an almost decade-long relationship with sultry siren Bipasha Basu. She, incidentally, recently walked down the aisle with Karan Singh Grover.
We hope that these rumours die down and the two reconcile immediately.
