MUMBAI : Not only do Bollywood celebrities frequently purchase expensive real estate in desirable neighborhoods, but their children do as well. The most recent person to hop on this bandwagon is superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan. According to rumors, he paid an incredible amount to purchase an enormous plot in Delhi, the capital of India.
A report in the popular news portal suggests that Aryan has brought two stories to the posh South Delhi locality of Panchsheel Park. For this space, he paid an amount of Rs. 37 crores. It's interesting to note that his mother Gauri Khan lived in this same building before her marriage with Shah Rukh Khan. The popular news portal claims that the building's ground floor and basement are already owned by the family.
The report further states that the property was registered in May 2024 and Aryan paid Rs. 2.64 crores as stamp duty. Further, Gauri Khan has designed the house.
This is probably the first property bought by Aryan Khan. His actor-sister Suhana Khan purchased a 1.5-acre property with three houses in Alibaug for Rs 12.91 crores in June 2023. It was next to Shah Rukh Khan’s sprawling bungalow in the coastal town of Maharashtra. Earlier this year, she bought one more land parcel in Alibaug for more than Rs. 10 crores.
While many celebrities have purchased land or vacation properties in locations like Alibaug, Goa, it is exceptional to witness a deal of this sort in Delhi. According to Pradeep Prajapati of the boutique real estate consulting business Wealthvisory Capital, who was cited in an article in the popular news portal, Amitabh Bachchan recently sold his South Delhi house in Gulmohar Park for about Rs. 23 crores.
Regarding his career, Aryan Khan is now filming Stardom, his first web series as a director. It looks like the shoot is done. The main actors are Lakshya from Kill, Mona Singh, and other people. There are reports that cameos by Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol, Karan Johar, and others appear in the show.
