We still can’t get over from Dum Laga Ke Haisha actress Bhumi Pednekar’s new sexy toned avatar.
After playing chubby character in the above film, Bhumi lost around 27 kgs in just few months. The journey from fat to fit was not an easy one. Her transformation look took everyone by shock, and she definitely set an example for people who wish to shed weight.
Bhumi who seems to have become a pro at health issues, shared her breakfast secret on Instagram.
“Hello lovelies… Starting this week, I will be sharing what my diet consists of and how much I eat (which is a lot, trust me). I start my mornings with a glass of warm or detox water and thirty minutes later, I eat muesli with skimmed milk and flax or sunflower seeds. Then comes the king-sized breakfast (an hour before gymming) of whole-wheat bread with 2 egg white omelets and a fruit (papaya or apple). I alternate between cardio and weights at the gym; it is rigorous so 5 boiled egg whites after that are a must. There is nothing healthier than kick-starting your day with a breakfast like this. Stomach this recommendation for now, next week I will share with you my lunch menu for losing it like me (sic).”
