MUMBAI: In a recent exclusive interview with Grazia India, Bollywood sensation Disha Patani—known for her impeccable skin and fitness—gave details on her skincare and exercise routine. The actress, who is renowned for her dedication to physical fitness and unforced beauty, shared the regimens that enabled her to maintain her incredible figure and glowing complexion.
In the course of the conversation, Patani talked about her intense exercise regimen and emphasized the value of persistence and self-control in reaching her fitness objectives. She disclosed that she works out and drinks a lot of water first thing in the morning. She combines cardio and weight training in her current fitness regimen.
She added, “I usually eat eggs, egg toast, egg rice, something simple.”
Disha describes her favorite outfit, “Usually I’m always in my track pants. I’m always just very chill. So I like the fact that I’m getting ready, going out and putting some efforts. I like that.”
Turning her attention to skincare, the actress revealed her insider tips for keeping radiant skin in spite of a busy schedule. She also disclosed that she uses hyloronic acid, moisturizer, oil, eye cream, lip balm, and other items as a necessary component of her daily skincare regimen.
She added that her two must-do self-care rituals are going to the gym and spending time by herself.
Regarding her career, Disha has agreed to feature in her first Tamil film, Kanguva, which would Alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone, she will also be seen in the multilingual Kalki 2898 AD and the ensemble comedy sequel Welcome to the Jungle.
