Additionally, it was recently revealed that veteran actor Mic Mohan has been cast by the film's creators to play a major role. According to the most recent rumours, Mic Mohan would portray the movie's main antagonist. On the other hand, this has not received any official confirmation.
Veteran actor Mic Mohan has primarily acted in Tamil films, though he has also performed in other South Indian languages. His most well-known performance was as Chandrakumar in Mani Ratnam's 1986 romance drama Mouna Ragam.
Mic Mohan directed and starred in his 100th movie, Anbulla Kadhalukku, in 1999. He then took a nine-year break. In 2008, he made his comeback in the movie Sutta Pazham. It was announced last year that Mic Mohan will be making his cinematic comeback after a seven-year hiatus with the Vijay Sri G-directed picture Haraa. Among the ensemble cast of the movie are Charu Haasan, Yogi Babu, Suresh Menon, Deepa, Mime Gopi, and numerous others.
Vijay and Venkat Prabhu have collaborated together for the first time with Thalapathy68. It is known that Thalapathy Vijay would appear in two roles: that of a son and that of a father. Indeed, the actor-director team visited Los Angeles lately to see the de-aging technology.
Meenakshi Chaudhary and Priyanka Mohan are expected to play the main parts in Thalapathy68, which also stars SJ Suryah and Prabhu Deva in significant roles. We're still waiting on official word about the movie's cast. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the soundtrack for the movie, which is financed by AGS Entertainment.
According to reports, Prabhu Deva and Prashanth starred in a song sequence before the movie's shooting started in early October. Additionally, it is understood that the team has relocated to South Africa in order to film an action scene.
