MUMBAI: Imtiaz Ali has been loved for all of his movies be it Socha Na Tha or his latest offering Amar Singh Chamkila. The director has really showed the depth of love, intensity and self-reflection in his movies with such beautiful characters and their journeys.

Rockstar is Imtiaz Ali’s one of the most loved movies wherein Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri played the main leads while Sanjana Sanghi, Kumud Mishra, Piyush Mishra, Aditi Rao Hydari, Jaideep Ahlawat, Shammi Kapoor and many others were also present.

Well, recently, Imtiaz Ali was spotted at an event of Rockstar’s screening and while he was present at the event, he answered a lot of questions from the fans but watching him there gave a ray of hope to the audience, making them think when is the sequel of Rockstar being made.

While there are fans thinking about Rockstar, there are also those who think a little out of the box. That’s right! So there is a section of fans who are reimagining Vishal Bharadwaj’s Kaminey if it was made by Imtiaz Ali. Well, here’s what people have to say about it:

Neha Thakur – I can’t deal with this. It just feels so strange to think about a break up scene right before the song ‘Raat Ke Dhai Baje’.

Poorna Iyer – Like Ranbir Kapoor in Tamasha, even here there would be scenes where Shahid Kapoor’s both the characters would be in self-discovery mode. On top if it, Priyanka Chopra would be helping them.

Shivam Rana – I know how much Imtiaz Ali loves traveling and adventure. All of his songs have a foreign location or at least a song in foreign location. If Kaminey was made by Imtiaz, I can’t imagine ‘Pehli Baar Mohabbat Ki’ hai song being shot in some foreign location.

Ramesh Sagar – Imtiaz Ali has made some amazing movies. There are times when things became difficult for the characters in his movies. Even if Kaminey was made by Imtiaz Ali, a lot of things would change and one of the things that would be changed entirely was the end of the movie where Guddu would get the diamonds, not Charlie.
