Nayanthara birthday: Fans demand Jawan poster featuring the Lady Superstar

MUMBAI: Nayanthara is one of the biggest names down South, and she is one of the few who is called the Lady Superstar. She has been in the industry for around two decades and has worked in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada films. While we have seen the Hindi dubbed versions of her South films, now finally, the actress is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan.

Today, on her 38th birthday, SRK’s Red Chillies Entertainment wished Nayanthara by sharing a beautiful picture of the actress. They tweeted, “Hum shayar toh nahi... Par she's our aakhon ka tara... Jo humare dil mein samaya... Happy Birthday #Nayanthara Only she can turn us into poets #HappyBirthdayNayanthara #Birthday #RedChilliesEntertainment.”

Jawan is being directed by Atlee and reportedly, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen playing a double role in it. Nayanthara fans are super excited to watch her in a Bollywood film. Many South actresses have made a mark in the Hindi film industry, and it will be interesting to see what response Nayanthara gets with her Bollywood debut Jawan. 

Directed by Atlee, Jawan also stars Vijay Sethupathi in a pivotal role and reportedly Deepika Padukone has a cameo in it. There were also reports that the movie also stars Sunil Grover, Sanya Malhotra, and Priyamani. Jawan is slated to release on 2nd June 2023. It will be SRK’s second release next year after Pathaan which is slated to hit the big screens on 25th January 2023.
