Star photographer Vikram Bawa is no stranger to celebrity tantrums and their high handedness that sometimes leads to grief and sorrow to junior at-hands. However, at the recent cover shoot for a magazine, the ace photographer was impressed to no ends by Shilpa Shetty. The star photographer was in awe of the actress' good hearted nature and her behavior towards her staff. The Rajasthan Royal (IPL) stakeholder who has lost considerable weight post pregnancy stunned everyone present at the shoot when she praised her makeup artist Ajay Shelar for his flawless work and perfect technique. The actress looking every bit of scrumptious mama that she is, was overheard recommending the artist to Bawa. The makeup artist got immensely ecstatic and thanked Shilpa for her compassion and generosity. Since the artist is a freelancer, Shilpa took it on herself to get him more work. A bystander to the entire episode says,” I never thought that any Bollywood star would be so generous and thoughtful. But when she recommended her makeup artist to Vikram, it was unique. The artist does not even work with her full time but her praising him was unseen. Ajay told me that Shilpa has always treated all of us fairly and respects everyone she works with.” Avers Shilpa, “Ajay is talented and hard working and I feel that talent must be encouraged; I did only that. Ajay is good with his work so I only gave him his due. As an actor you learn to tend to travel a lot with your staff, and hence you learn to explicitly trust your crew. Vikram recognises and respects talent and he too loved the work of Ajay, so he was more than happy to help.”
