MUMBAI: Trouble continues for Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra in the pornography case. In addition to all of this, the actress' mother Sunanda Shetty filed a cheating complaint in a land deal matter.
She accused that a person named Sudhakar Ghare of selling her fake land papers. “The accused, with the help of fake papers, had sold land to Sunanda for Rs 1.6 crores. Case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC,” ANI tweeted quoting the Mumbai Police.
Meanwhile, Kundra has now been accused of sexual assault by Sheryln Chopra.
The actress had reportedly appeared from the Mumbai Crime Branch's Property Cell to record her statement in connection with the pornography case. She had issued an FIR against Raj in April 2021 of sexual assault.
In her complaint, she said that in early 2019, Raj called her business manager about a proposal that he wanted to discuss. After the business meeting, Sherlyn claimed that Raj showed up unannounced at her house due to a heated argument over a text. The actress levelled serious allegations on Raj and said that he started kissing her even though she resisted and even claimed that she didn’t want to get involved with a married man. To which Raj told her his relationship with Shilpa was complicated and he was mostly stressed at home.
