MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan confirmed son Ibrahim Ali Khan’s entry in Bollywood. The Tashaan actor said Ibrahim is currently working as an assistant director for Karan Johar’s upcoming film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt in the lead.
While Sara has already been a lead female face in several movies, rumours regarding Ibrahim’s Bollywood entry were in high rise. It seems that the young Nawab is trying to grasp the credentials of a movie before taking the big leap.
In a brief conversation with YouTuber Siddharth Kannan, Saif said, “Ibrahim is assisting on a Karan Johar movie and sharing that and talking about what his ideas and dreams are while Sara is older and the family has a different equation with her.”
Talking about his equation with his kids, Saif lovingly said that he has kids from four decades 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s. Praising his little munchkin Jeh, he said, “Taimur is looking up for guidance and all that while Jeh is just smiling and drooling and added, Jeh is much more my mental age than any of them, is the newborn of course.
On the work front, Saif will be seen in ‘Adipurush’, in the role of Lankesh (Ravana from Ramayan) while Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Sunny Singh play the role of Lord Ram, Sita, and Laxman, respectively. The film is slated to hit the screens next year on August 11.
