MUMBAI: The actors Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are dating, had been in the notice for some time before Sonam Kapoor's brother and 'Mirziya' actor Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor confirmed their relationship.
On a chat show with Zoom, when Harsh Varrdhan was questioned which relationship from the film industry does he believe to be true or a PR move? He replied, "Vicky and Katrina are together, that's true" but quickly mentioned, "Am I going to get in trouble for it?"
The actors who have preferred to keep their personal life under wraps, however, haven't made their relationship official. But, they have been spotted supporting each other on social media, visiting each other's homes and wearing colour-coordinated clothes, keeping their fans guessing about their relationship status.
Earlier this year, both Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif announced that they had contracted COVID in a gap of one day. Later, they two also announced that they had recovered from the virus a day after another.
Additionally, during the promotion of Katrina's upcoming film 'Sooryavanshi' with Akshay, producer Karan Johar had teased the actor by saying, "Inke Ghar Pe Sab Kaushal Mangal Hain", hinting at her rumoured affair with Vicky Kaushal.
Now, a video of Vicky Kaushal proposing to Katrina Kaif in front of Salman Khan, who the latter was reportedly dating, has gone viral on the internet. The video part is from an awards show where Vicky is apparently the host and Katrina Kaif is on the stage to present an award. In the video which went viral, Vicky Kaushal is seen telling Katrina 'Why don't you find a good 'Vicky Kaushal' and marry him?'. Katrina laughs while Salman who is sitting among the audience also starts giggling at both of them.
The Vicky goes on to say, "It's wedding season, I thought you might have also wanted to tie the knot, so I thought of asking you." Katrina asks, "What?" And then taking a cue from the track playing in the background 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi' from Salman Khan's film by the same name, Vicky propose to Katrina.
Professionally Vicky Kaushal has films like 'The Immortal Ashwathama', 'Sardar Udham Singh' and a biopic on Sam Manekshaw in the pipeline while Katrina will be seen in 'Sooryavanshi'.
