MUMBAI : Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the most sought after and talented actresses we have in the industry. She got married at a time when she was at the top of her career and other actresses were keeping their careers secured and not marrying. She made her Bollywood debut in 2000 and never looked back. Kareena and Saif are parents to two adorable sons Taimur and Jeh.
As per earlier reports, Kareena was going to be a part of Yash starrer film Toxic. But now there are reports that the actress has some issues with the Geetu Mohandas directorial film. There were reports earlier that Kareena would be playing Yash’s sister in the film Toxic and Kiara Advani would be the lead actress.
A source revealed, “Kareena Kapoor’s dates do not align with the dates of Yash for Toxic. After making efforts to set the calendar right, the makers have amicably parted ways.”
The source further revealed, “Toxic has a strong sibling emotion, and the part of the sister is very crucial to the narrative, warranting the presence of a top star. The makers are looking to cast actresses with Pan India presence for the part.”
Toxic will release In April 2025 and Yash will next be seen playing Ravana in the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Ramayana. Kareena meanwhile was last seen in Crew and will next be seen in Buckingham Murders.
