Writer-producer Kanika Dhillon talks about Kajol’s inhibition about sitting on a bike for Do Patti; as she has broken her leg everytime she sat on a bike for a film

MUMBAI: Writer - Producer Kanika Dhillon is geared up to release her maiden project as a producer under her production house Kathha Pictures titled Do Patti which stars Kajol and Kriti Sanon in a pivotal role. The mystery thriller is set to release on 25th October exclusively on Netflix.

Kajol is set to play the role of a lady cop for the very first time in her career, recently Kanika revealed a humorous anecdote from the narration of Do Patti. She said,“After Kajol ma’am heard the story, she told me, ‘Poori kahaani suni maine. Bada maza aaya, Kanika. Lekin mujhe na bike chalani nahin aati’! I replied, ‘We’ll manage’. She warned me, ‘Every film I have sat on a bike, I have broken my leg. Toh woh dekh lena’!”

Written by Kanika Dhillon, Do Patti is produced by Kanika's Kathha Pictures in association with Kriti Sanon’s Blue Butterfly Films. Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, the movie also stars Tanvi Azmi and Shaheer Sheikh in significant roles.
