TellyChakkar got in touch with the dance group and asked them about how they began their journey and their most memorable moment.

Tell us something about your journey until now.

We started from Haryana. We are 23 members between the age of 5 and 25. We do acrobatics. We didn’t have any place to learn and practice. We used to watch YouTube and learn. Then we decided to open a NGO named D Warrior Squad, where children could come and learn for free.

We didn’t have the proper equipment, but with a lot of dedication and hard work, we have reached this position. We decided that we need to showcase our talent. Then, from social media, we came to know about IGT auditions. We cleared the first round and then got selected. Our promo went viral and our unique ideas worked for us.

Can you share with us your best memory from the show until now?

The best memory for us was when we received the letter confirmation for America’s Got Talent. They saw our performance and told us we were selected through the IGT platform. The second would be when Rohit Shetty choreographed the act for us and provided all the equipments. He told that they would deliver it at our practice place.

The judges have always been supportive and have always given you positive feedback. Many of your performances have stumped them. How do you feel when you receive such feedback from the judges?

We are totally overwhelmed with the comments we receive from the judges, and we have received the golden buzzer the maximum number of times. It reminds us of our struggle in life and how, with a lot of hard work and dedication, we have reached this position.

Well, there is no doubt that Warrior Squad is one of the most talented dance groups, and they deserve to be in the finale and win the show.
