Now Tellychakkar got in touch with the actor where he revealed about his experience playing the role of Krishna and much more.
You have played the role of Krishna once. How was this role different from the previous role?
I have played the role of Krishna, not just once but more than once. This time it’s interesting because Krishna has come to the 17th century as a common man. So he is god and yet he is not god. This is very different and very challenging so let’s see how people react to it.
What has been your take away from the role of Krishna, something that you apply in your real life?
There are a lot of take away from Krishna. One thing that stands out is that ‘Karam hi chamatkaar hai’- ‘Sarve Karam Vaashavaram’. Krishna always says that your Karma is your miracle. I also believe that it’s your work, your deeds and your actions that make the difference. There is no other miracle than your hard work, that’s what I believe in. The second thing is when he says that focus on your Karma, not the result.
You have worked in a Sab TV show before and you know that the channel is known for it’s comedy shows but now there are also shows like Dhruv Tara which are epic. What do you think about the concept of the show?
About the concept of the show where lord Krishna comes in human form in 17th century, I feel it’s amazing because it teaches us how to apply Krishna’s teachings in this modern era. We can go 1000 years forward or backward but Krishna’s sayings and teachings will always be valid and applicable.
Tell us how excited you are to see Siddharth back again as Krishna?
