Our politicians are good actors - Vidya Balan

Vidya Balan has espoused many social causes in the past prime among them being lending her glamorous support to improve sanitation in our country. But the talented actress who is in the prime of her career right now has no plans of jumping the political bandwagon. Just like Aamir Khan, Vidya Balan too feels that it is not important to be in politics if one wants to serve his or her country. " I don't think I have to join politics to support any social cause. I can do the same by not entering politics as well." When an enterprising journalist pointed out that her sartorial sari clad attire is a perfect fit for an Indian women politician, Vidya playfully chided him and said, " I don't see any need for me to join politics. On the contrary, I would like to invite our politicians to join Bollywood as we all know that they are very good actors." Now that's a telling statement. Wonder which politician will give Vidya a run for her money!
