MUMBAI: Anupama is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing extremely well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. These days, the show's track is quite interesting as the narrative focuses on Anupama and Anuj's post-marriage life. While the Kapadia and the Shah families handle Adhik and Pakhi's love story, Anuj has come to know Barkha and Ankush's truth and finally, Anupama decides to break ties with the Shah family.

Anupama will give her consent to the doctors for Anuj's brain surgery and he will be taken to the operation theatre.
Anuj's condition will become really critical with special surgeons called for Anuj's operation. Anupama will not be able to stop crying as she sees Anuj for the last time before his surgery.
She will not be allowed to touch him and this will make the situation more painful for her.
Anupama will suddenly blame herself for everything that has happened to Anuj. She thinks she should not have gone to Shah House and if that were the case, Vanraj would not have taken the matter so seriously.
