We see that Ginni doesn’t want Aditya to ruin his life by trusting Sam but he somehow still believes Sam. He wants Ginni to regret marrying him and he plans to put forth a deal with Ginni.
He will tell her that he will disregard Sam on the condition that Ginni transfers the Dhaba to him. Ginni will be in a big fix here.
