MUMBAI: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has become the longest-running show on TV right now. Sirat and Kartik's Jodi is the most adored onscreen duo at present.

Currently, Swarna asks Sirat to take boxes for Aashram from Surekha's room. She mistakes Mansi's gift box with Aashram's and sends it ahead. Surekha fumes in anger and brings her mistake to notice. She loses her cool and attacks her by saying that she even married Kartik mistakenly and became a part of the family as a mistake. Sirat feels disheartened listening to Surekha's harsh words.
Journalists come to Goenka house for Sirat's interview and while talking about the family members she talks about Luv-Kush, the journalist brings out the past about Luv-Kush, Sirat is unable to answer and her interview goes viral. This not only tarnishes their image but also explodes in the name of Goenkas which leaves a major scar on their reputation.
Previously, Kartik asks Sirat to forget about the family for some time and focus on the match completely. He mentions that winning the championship is more important for the time being. Surekha's words and Kartik's pressure on winning keeps haunting Sirat. She gets extremely tensed with the situation and begins to feel more dejected than motivated.
In the upcoming episode, Sirat's blood report comes home and she has been accused to be taking drugs while getting trained. Kartik heads to the lab to get Sirat's medicines tested and a major revelation comes out that somebody had changed her iron tablets, the packing is the same but the tablet isn't. While discussing about the medicines Gayu reveals that it was Surekha who went to buy the medicines. The family doubts Surekha, she loses her mind at the allegations and decides to leave the house. Sirat tries to stop her but she refuses to even talk to her. Who is the real culprit?
