MUMBAI: Delving into the lives of two strong-willed women from two diametrically opposing societal settings, each inspirational in their respective worlds, Sony Entertainment Television brings viewers a captivating story with ‘Hum Rahein Na Rahein Hum’. The show follows the journeys of Damayanti, the principled traditionalist matriarch of the royal Barot family based in Ranak and Surilii, a vibrant and modern thinking young girl.

In the previous episode, Samvendra receives a morphed video of himself consuming drugs with a message from an anonymous number asking for money. Samvendra get scared because he knows that if the video goes viral, it will tarnish the reputation of the entire family.
Samar comes and assures him that his elder brother has to help him or else everything will go in vain. Samar enjoys seeing the slow destruction of each and every member of the Barot family. Meanwhile, Shiv tries to mend his relationship with Surilii with the help of little Dia.
In the upcoming episode, Maanvendra gets suspicious of Samar and so he decides to investigate Samar's true intentions but he gets caught by Samar and Raghavendra as Maan goes through the files.
Meanwhile, Shiv tries to earn Surilii’s forgiveness and arranges a candlelight breakfast for her but a stubborn Surilii tells him that none of his efforts are going to change her decision. Shivendra gets furious and hits his hand against the table, hurting himself.
Surilii tries to help him but he angrily tells her that he will leave for Ranak and not bother her anymore.
