MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Previously, Anirudh told Jhanak that he loves rain and asked her to enjoy it also as they were already stuck. However, when she tried to escape from the heat suddenly, she stumbled and Anirudh held her. They came very close and Jhanak started getting uncomfortable. He reminded her that the fact was they were married even if they denied it.

Now, Arshi gets irked by Anirudh’s behavior. She questions Basu's family about the fact that they would have accepted her as daughter-in-law if she had behaved the way Anirudh is behaving. Everyone gets stunned by listening to the same.

On the other hand, Jhanak tells Anirudh to get ready to leave as the rain has stopped and Anirudh reminds her that if it comes again, it will destroy everything. Arshi is irked by Anirudh’s absence. Anirudh helps Jhanak to put on the seat belt.

Jhanak wishes Anirudh a happy birthday and Arshi is irked and says happy birthday to Anirudh. She feels he went with Jhanak and he will not return that night. However, Jhanak is scared that she feels they have escaped from one storm and will land in another.
