MUMBAI: Sony TV is going to be the home to one such new show ‘Kavya - Ek Junoon Ek Jazba’ starring Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Mishkat Varma. According to the promo of the show, Sumbul will be playing the role of IAS Officer Kavya who is married to an IPS officer. The story will revolve around Kavya who will make many sacrifices for her career.

Earlier, Jaideep became the CAD director at the academy to make Kavya's survival difficult. Jaideep purposefully selects Basantkheri as his first case. Jaideep held a news conference to defend the reputation of his academy after a video leak. Jaideep and Giriraj have plans to target Kavya and undermine her confidence during the press conference.
In the upcoming episode, a new problem will surface in Kavya and Adhiraj's life, endangering them in Basant Khedi, but an unexpected savior will emerge in the form of Kammo, who initially rescued them out of a sense of humanity. However, this benevolent act takes an ominous twist, as Kammo's intentions towards Kavya will turn malevolent.
Amidst this misunderstanding, during a phone call, Kammo will inadvertently discover Kavya's true identity as the sister of Dr. Navya, a connection rooted in a heart-wrenching event 12 years prior when Kammo tragically lost her child.
Will Adhiraj and Kavya be able to save themselves from Kammo's trap?
