MUMBAI : COLORS' new show 'Neerja...Ek Nayi Pehchaan showcases the inspiring journey of a mother and daughter who strive against all odds for a brighter future.
With its gripping premise, the show promises to be a rollercoaster of emotions, featuring an ensemble cast of talented actors including Kamya Punjabi, Sneha Wagh, Aastha Sharma, Rajveer Singh, versatile actor Ayub Khan and talented Vibha Chibber.

Previously, we saw that we will see that, Neerja gets arrested and when the police take her to jail, she gets harassed and taunted by the other women in the jail.
Neerja is badly affected by all this and is extremely hurt.
That’s when Protima enters the room and is surprised to see Neerja deal and when she finds out about Neerja’s reality and how Neerja has gotten stuck in the same situation as her, Protima’s heart breaks.
In the upcoming episodes, we will see that Trisha is unable to deal with the fact that Abeer is growing more and more distant from her. She decides that there is only one way that she can get Abeer, and that is to take a very drastic decision.
To curb her frustration, she sets fire to the newspapers with Neerja’s face in them, and slowly that fire just spreads everywhere and slowly catches on to the whole room.
Abeer and the whole family rush in and save Trisha. The whole family calms her down and reassures them that Abeer is hers only.
