MUMBAI: COLORS' new show 'Neerja...Ek Nayi Pehchaan' showcases the inspiring journey of a mother and daughter who strive against all odds for a brighter future.

In Sonagachi, Shamli gives a number to Protima to get Neerja's passport made and Didun gets suspicious.

Earlier, Neerja recalls Pishimaa telling her about the significance of Maha Abhishek Pooja for Abeer and she gets worried about him.

Neerja tries to tell everyone the truth about Munmun, but the latter doesn’t let it happen. 

Mahant ji announces that the puja can’t be successful until any other woman is there who has kept fast, and Moushmi informs that Neerja has been fasting.

In the upcoming episode, Protima is terrified by the arrival of the cops while Shabbo struggles with clearing videos. 

Didun intends to reveal the truth about Protima in the party hall but then Abeer enters and diverts Didun in a certain way. 

Kaushik notices that Didun is constantly noticing Neerja from a distance while Babban waits to kidnap Neerja as soon as he gets the chance. 

Meanwhile, in the badi, Shabbo dresses up like Protima to manipulate the police and they eventually leave.
