In the upcoming episode, Reema introduces herself as Dhami’s first cousin and digs out the details of the psychiatrist from the receptionist of the clinic.

Reema and Simar visit the doctor’s location and knock on the door, but no one answers. To find out what is inside the house, they enter through the window, and both collide with something.
They turn on the lights only to find the dead body of the doctor. They immediately inform the police. Through a video call, Dhami watches Reema and Simar talk to the police, which makes her furious.
Upon their return to the Oswal mansion, Dhami asks both of them where they have been, to which they lie and say that they had gone to shop for Geetanjali Devi's birthday.
Geetanjali Devi comes down to the hall to pray, Dhami walks towards Geetanjali Devi with flowers gifts but the latter ignores her and goes and greets Simar who is seen standing with a card. Simar wishes Geetanjali Devi and they embrace each other.
