Previously,Yuvika talks to Neil and asks him to come quickly for the wedding. little does she know that a deadly accident awaits him! In a heartbreaking turn of events, Yuvika goes to identify Neil’s body.
Later, On one hand, Yuvika mourns the death of Neil while on the other Yash adjusts to living life with a newly donated heart!
Further, Isha urges Yuvika to shed tears and mourn but Yuvika remains numb at Neil’s last rites. Yuvika misses Neil, while Yash starts feeling Neil's emotions after the transplant.
