Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 has become one of the most popular shows on television at present. It stars Sneha Jain as Gehna and Gautam Vij as Surya Seth in the lead roles. It has managed to grab audience attention since its launch and is doing well on the TRP charts.

Well, as we earlier reported, Kulfi Kumar Bajewala fame Deepali Saini will make a grand entry in the Rashmi Sharma show.

In an exclusive chat with us, Deepali Saini opened up on her fitness regime, “me-time,” and more.

Tell us about the fitness regime you follow.

Well, I do a lot of gymnastics and yoga asanas. Since I am doing a show as of now, it is important for me to look fit. I diet as well.

Tell us about your diet?

I have a normal diet. Basically, I eat everything, but I eat very less. do not eat after eight in the night. I do not follow any dietician. I am my own nutritionist.

What do you do in your “me-time”?

My “me-time’ is spent with my pets. And since I have OCD, I prefer to clean my house even when it is clean. I also hit the gym.
