<strong>Fitness mantra</strong>
I have no such mantra for fitness. But I believe in eating good food and then I’m always in a good state of mind
<strong>Regular gym</strong>
Now a days I try to be regular but due to daily shooting schedules sometimes it becomes a little difficult.
<strong>Exercise regime</strong>
If I’m working daily then I focus on my two body parts for two days and then in the next two days on other body parts and lastly cardio. I take one day off and relax.
<strong>Meditation or yoga</strong>

Exercise regime

Meditation or yoga
I do practice both sometimes but am not much into it. Whenever I get time I do some breathing exercises. It’s very beneficial as this makes me feel calm and get some peace of mind.
Fitness food
Now I have cut down on carbs and am on high proteins with lots of green and leafy vegetables.
Fitness drink
I drink lots of water which energises me.
Fitness idol
I don’t idolise anyone when it comes to fitness. I remember that once I was watching a Peter Andre video and decided that I should have abs just like him. This is how I developed a liking for fitness.
Fitness tip
It’s important to give your body utmost priority. Exercise regularly and stay fit.
