MUMBAI: Diya Aur Baati Hum fame Surbhi Tiwari received a call from a man who works with her as well as with the wife of (late) Kushal Punjabi, Audrey Dolhen.
The gentleman, who Surbhi says is an agent dealing with Audrey in her profession of logistics, wanted to know what all had transpired that led to Kushal’s death.
Surbhi told SpotboyE, 'This agent who called me also works with me. I’m into logistics too. I told him one thing for sure. "You can’t blame only Audrey for Kushal ending his life."'
On Dec 26, the actor was found dead in his Bandra flat hanging from a fan around 10 pm. His parents and close friend Chetan Hansraj were the first ones to summon the chabi wallah and open the door as Kushal wasn’t responding to their phone calls since 3 pm. A suicide note was found at the place of his death, but he didn’t blame anyone in it.
