MUMBAI: Actor Aishwarya Sharma, who is currently seen in the show Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein, is an out and out fan of veteran actor Rekha.

So, today, on the iconic actor's birthday, Aishwarya not only wishes her but also speaks about her love and respect for Rekha.  The young star has been idolizing Rekha from her childhood days."Here's wishing my favourite actor of all time a great birthday. Rekha ma'am is a star and her compassionate and loving behaviour is something that I admire and aim to have in life. I wish her a happy, healthy and long life and may she continue to inspire millions of people across the world like she always has," says Aishwarya.

Aishwarya, who plays the lead in Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein, has earlier mentioned how her character is like that of Rekha's in the movie Silsila.  Besides an actor, Aishwarya is also smitten by the senior actor's style and star quotient. "When I got to know that Rekha ma'am will be promoting my show and she has shot the promo, I couldn't believe my luck. I have not seen another actor carry herself with the kind of grace and elegance as she does. She brought the most amazing, daring style of dressing to Bollywood before anyone else did. Her life has been so inspiring that I think I always wanted to be like her," says the smitten fan Aishwarya.
