MUMBAI: The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) has released its latest weekly TRP ratings, revealing a fascinating snapshot of the ever-evolving Indian television landscape.
This week’s chart brings with it an engaging mix of stability, surprises, and shifts in audience preferences.
While a few long-standing favourites continue to reign supreme, several shows have made impressive gains — and a handful have seen unexpected dips, proving once again that the TRP game remains as unpredictable as ever.
Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile has witnessed a remarkable surge in its ratings, while Bigg Boss continues its steady rise, drawing in viewers with its trademark drama and twists.
In contrast, Mangal Lakshmi, Shiv Shakti, and Jhanak have seen a sharp decline, slipping noticeably in their weekly rankings.
Meanwhile, Vasudha and Aarti Anjali Awasthi have experienced a notable upswing, earning fresh momentum and viewer appreciation.
At the top of the chart stands Anupamaa, retaining its position as the nation’s most-watched show. Close behind are Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi in second place and Udne Ki Aasha – Sapna Ka Safar in third, both continuing to capture the audience’s attention with their engaging storylines.
