BIG UPDATE: Actor Puri was granted bail for the rape case related to a minor, Victims mother says " Justice will prevail"

MUMBAI: The actor Pearl Puri rape case is striking to its peak, where the whole social media is seen flashing this news. The news is gone super viral and the intensity is deep for the same. To know about who exactly is Puri - Pearl V Puri (born 10 July 1989) is an actor and model. He is known for playing Abeer in Phir Bhi Na Maane...Badtameez Dil, Mahir in Naagin 3 and Raghbir in Bepanah Pyaar.

His name is being attached to the rape case of a minor. He was granted bail for the rape case on Tuesday. The victim's mother is behind seeking justice and trying her best to make sure the truth wins. The victim's mother took the audience for the ride of updates through her Instagram feed and shared stories for updating the crowd. Puri on being bailed, the actor's lawyer confirmed the same news.

The current update may also shock the audience as the mother of the victim is also tagged as the co-accused in the rape case. Ongoing ahead the victim's mom is also granted interim relief. The mother took to her Instagram stories to keep others updated..She says - “Justice will prevail”. She also thanked her supporters and the people who understood her throughout.

Swapna Kode the mother's lawyer said that the mother is granted interim relief by the Sessions Court - mentions this to the ETimes.Kode also gives the details saying that her client has been made an accused in the POSCO case and revealed it was hence she approached the court.

Kode said - "My client has been granted interim relief by the Hon’ble Sessions Court till 2/7. My client has been made an accused in the Pocso case and hence she has approached the court.'' On coming out with more detailed information Kodes client mother was forced to move out of the court after knowing that she was being made the accused in the rape case. Kode says - “My client was forced to move the court as she was informed that she has been made an accused and the reason given was she did not inform anyone despite knowing about the incident so she had no option but to move for anticipatory bail and the matter has been posted for July 2.''

The mother through her Instagram id confirmed her name as being a co-accused. The victim's mother says - “I want to make it clear once again, that I have not complained against anyone. And I am also the co-accused in this POCSO case. Justice will prevail.” She made another post on her Instagram stories and thanked everyone for asking how she is doing. The victim’s mother wrote, “Thank you, everyone, for calling me and asking me how I am?” She said she is ‘Shattered’, but she has “full faith in God and our Judiciary”. The victim’s mother added, “Thank you to my mom and everyone, my friends who have been with me during this time.”

As per the information the case matter is shifted to JULY 2. Peral was granted bail after being in police custody for straight 11 days. FIR was filled in 2019 under the sections IPC 376 AB, r/w POCSO Act 4. The complaint mentioned Peral V Puri has sexually assaulted the minor when she was 5 years old.
