MUMBAI: Orry is adored by many and is often tagged as super cool and unapologetic. However, it seems that he may have taken his larger-than-life persona a bit too far with his recent video, where he was seen disrespecting legendary singers Lata Mangeshkar and Falguni Pathak.
In the viral clip, Orry mistakenly referred to Falguni Pathak as fashion designer Falguni Peacock and even mispronounced Lata Mangeshkar’s name as Lata Mangeshwari. This didn’t sit well with reality TV star and entrepreneur Rajiv Adatia.
Known for voicing his opinions on trending issues, Rajiv took to social media to slam Orry for his insensitive remarks towards the two icons. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging his mistake, Orry reportedly responded by commenting on Rajiv’s physical appearance, attempting to demean him further.
Unfazed, Rajiv shared a screenshot of Orry’s comment and reacted strongly to it. Questioning Orry’s achievements, Rajiv urged him to introspect and not take himself too seriously.
Rajiv wrote, “Firstly, Orry, I feel sorry for you! What have you achieved in life apart from placing your hand on people’s chests and taking photos? Do you even know the meaning of working hard?”
