MUMBAI: Bigg Boss 19 is getting more dramatic with each passing episode. Last week’s double eviction of Baseer Ali and Neha Chudasama left everyone stunned, and now, the show has found itself at the center of yet another controversy. In a recent episode, contestants Tanya Mittal, Kunicka Sadanand, and Neelam Giri were seen discussing Ashnoor Kaur’s weight — a conversation that quickly went viral and drew widespread criticism.
In the clip, Tanya, Neelam, and Kunicka can be heard commenting on Ashnoor’s body and outfit choices, even suggesting that the clothes she wears don’t suit her. Tanya further added that despite Ashnoor working out regularly, they haven’t noticed any visible results.

The remarks didn’t sit well with viewers, who called out the contestants for body-shaming. Ashnoor’s close friend Jannat Zubair also came forward in her defense, slamming the insensitive comments through a powerful social media post.
Jannat wrote,“A person’s body is not public property for jokes or opinions. It’s 2025 — we should have evolved past body shaming by now. She’s on that stage because she’s talented, confident, and unstoppable, not because she fits someone’s idea of a ‘perfect body.’ Proud of you, Ashnoor, for holding your head high and staying true to yourself!”
