MUMBAI : Ace casting director who has worked with renowned production houses like DJs, Rashmi Sharma Productions and Peninsula Productions among others has launched a website for the aspiring actors.

TellyChakkar.com got in touch with Dheeraj to know more about the website and the initiative. He said, “Off late I’ve realised that there are a lot of talented people who come to pursue their dreams in the city of Mumbai but they don’t really get proper guidance. Most of them are unaware of how the industry functions and that’s when the idea to launch this website popped in my head”.

Speaking about the website he said, “The platform will enable the new talents to know about the requirements and opportunities from the industry. The actor will have to register to the website by filling some basic details and he will be notified if there’s any role in the market suiting to his profile. Currently, I’m working on covering various verticals like event management, casting for movies, television, web-series, print shoots and advertisements”.

He added, “We’re having a section called ‘forums’ wherein the users can ask questions and we will clear their doubts. The registration is totally free. We’re working on making the website more interesting, interactive and helpful for the aspiring actors”.
