There is a buzz that Deepak Sandhu, who has made a name essaying the role of Vikram (Kunal’s brother-in-law and Raveena’s husband) in Colors’ Parichay, might go ahead to quit the show.
On this perspective, Deepak observes, “Anyways, I have not been seen for the past one month in this Balaji Telefilms project and have been offered a few other projects. Let’s see how things work out.”
Could it be that you want to move on since you are not getting a good role-post the recent leap? “No, I have been promised something juicy, but like any other actor, I too would want to try out something different. Here, I wish to make it clear that my journey in Parichay, till now has been very good. I have finally arrived after four long years and have been getting good fan following through mails.”
Deepak, who has done four serials including Balaji Telefilms’ Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki, Bandini and Bairi Piya, adds,“ I will just not walk out of Parichay in a huff. Whatever will happen will be decided after detailed discussions with the creatives. It will be a mutually acceptable decision.”
Ask him about Colors’ move to shift Parichay an hour ahead from 9.30 pm to 10.30 pm to which he says, “There might be a minor drop in ratings.
However, it will not really affect for our loyal audiences will tune in anyway.”
