MUMBAI : Actress and Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal recently erased all of their joint images from social media, sparking rumours that she and her husband, Apurva Padgaonkar, are divorcing. Fans were worried, but she has since broken her quiet and clarified her position in a lengthy post on her social media handle.
Actress took to her Instagram handle late on Monday night and wrote not just photos with her husband Apurva, but she deleted around 2,500 posts in total. She wrote "I made no noise. I made no comments or stories. I deleted 2500 posts. Yet the media chose to see and react only to my marriage.”
Making it very clear that all is well in her married life, she further added, "It's funny how people see and expect things out of me. I have always done something people never expected out of me. And what they are expecting now – the babies or divorce... none of it is happening."

Referring to a post about her new release Cartel, Divya went on to say that she wants to be recognized for her work now going ahead. "In reality, my first pinned post on my profile is the thing I want to be talked about from now onwards. Every movie ends with a happily ever after, and by God's grace, my husband is snoring away to glory right next to me!" she penned.
After becoming engaged in 2022, Divya and Apurva were married in a customary Marathi wedding in February of this year. For their wedding, the couple donned the customary red and beige outfits in favour of the actress's purple lehenga and her husband's purple sherwani.
Following her appearances on a number of reality shows, including MTV Splitsvilla 10, Bigg Boss OTT 1, and MTV Ace of Space 1 (which she ultimately won), Divya made her acting debut in the 2019 horror web series Ragini MMS: Returns 2. She later starred in two more web series, Cartel (2021) and Abhay (2022).
