Doris Dey joins Zee Network

Doris Dey, the lady with a creative and enterprising mindset started her journey at the tender age of 19 when she joined Ekta Kapoor as a trainee. After launching various successful K-shows starting from Karam Apnaa Apnaa to Pavitra Rishta, Bade Achche Laggte Hain, Tere Liye, Kyaa Hua Tera Vaada, Parichay and many more, Doris held the position of Business Head – Fiction in Endemol India. And now the dynamic lady joins the Zee Network as the Programming Head – Fiction. When reports came in about Doris joining the Zee Network, speculations were rife that she is all set to replace Sukesh Motwani as the Fiction Head, Zee TV. However, our reliable source tells us that she is holding a new post, that of the Programming Head, Fiction, Zee Network and has taken charge of duties from yesterday, 16 May 2013. “She has joined office but more clarity on her role and who she will report to will come in the coming hours,” said a source.
