MUMBAI: TellyChakkar has always been at the forefront of bringing the latest updates and happenings from the world of television.

Earlier, we had reported about ace producer Mahesh Pandey's upcoming show titled Arjun Pandit.

The show will reportedly air on a new channel titled Azaad TV and is soon going to hit our TV screens.

We have exclusively learned that television actor Gaurav Sareen has been roped in for the show.

Not much is known about his character, but he would be playing a pivotal role in the serial.

Gaurav is a popular actor on television and is best known for his performance in Ek Deewaana Tha, Krishna Chali London, and Udaan.

It was also earlier reported that Prakash Ramchandani will play the antagonist in the show.

Joining him is actress Smita Dongre as his wife. Aman Sohi, on the other hand, will play the role of Ravneet Kaur's mother.

Apart from being a producer, Mahesh Pandey is also a writer and director. He's known for penning many popular shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kasamh Se, and Vidya.

The show will begin shooting once the cast is been finalized.
