MUMBAI: Udaariyaan is a popular TV show that airs on Colors TV. The audience is enthralled by the cast's superb performance. With each new episode, the show becomes more intense. The show has taken a major leap, with Aditi Bhagat, Alisha Parveen, and Anuraj Chahal now playing the lead roles.

Aditi Bhagat plays the role of Aasma in the show, She is the daughter of Harleen and Aaliy’s half-sister and she has received a lot of love from fans for sure.
TellyChakkar got in touch with Actress Aditi Bhagat to talk about Udaariyaan, her bond with her co-stars,and working with Sargun and Ravi.
How easy or tough is it for you to do emotional scenes and how do you get out of it?
Doing emotional scenes and stuff like that, of course, you have to be in the zone, you cannot just go and put glycerin, it won’t work in any normal way and it doesn’t work like that in front of the camera as well. So when, there are these kinds of intense scenes, especially on TV, you have to emote more, I at least make sure that I speak to the director first and understand what exactly he wants and then sit up and come up with a story of my personal life, which helps me relate to the situation in some way at least for the scene at that point of time, that okay there is a scene that needs me to be 25 percent emotional, then I can create a scenario and I can’t just be very mechanical and go on and off. It takes me time to get out of it. Some people are talented at it, and they can do it but it does not work like that for me.
So now that all three of you leads have met on the show and have been working for a while, what has that been like?
It was amazing, and we are glad to have, each other and not have that jealousy thing in us. I'm so glad that it's not there and I hope it never comes out, even in the future because our bond has grown since day one. And we do say to each other that this is not working out So you can do this or give criticism, but not in a bad way and the other person takes it that way so that's very important when you are friends and it does not have to be all nice on the face. You have to be honest with each other, and at least three of us, we are very honest and we tell each other You know when this is not working out. Let's try something else, and we do that and we are all learning together and growing, so it’s the best feeling.
What has the experience been like working with Sargun and Ravi, as they are huge stars themselves?
I mean I was speaking to Sargun Mam earlier, I have met Ravi Sir once when she gave us the brief, and that's when I got the clarity of how Aasma is and how she would react, because Sargun Mam, would enact it, she would tell us in detail, and she would give real-life examples, and that only an actor can do. If you are an actor first, then a producer, you will understand the character first and you would brief the actors accordingly and that’s what she does, she has been on set and she has been very helpful to understand everything because you don’t want to disappoint people who have put their faith in you and we do sit down together and interact and figure it out, this is going well, and let’s try this. She never scolds us, she makes us understand.
