MUMBAI: Sony TV’s Patiala Babes is one of the most entertaining shows on television today. It is a story of two women: Babita Khurana aka Babes, played by Paridhi Sharma, and Mini Khurana, played by Ashnoor Kaur.
Babita is in an abusive marriage, and her daughter Mini, a fearless teen, helps her achieve her dreams and overcome hurdles. The storyline is simple yet interesting, and the audience loves watching the show, which frequently introduces interesting twists and turns. In the current track, a romantic angle between Hanuman Singh, played by Anirudh Dave, and Babita is being shown.
We now have information that Roshni Sahota, who was seen as Surbhi in Colors’ Shakti, will be seen entering the show. She will play the character of Imarti, Hanumant Singh’s late wife.
With this, the show will just get all the more interesting.
When contacted Roshni, she confirmed the news to us and that she will be playing the character of Imarti. She said, ”Patiala Babes is show with differentiated yet progressive storyline on Sony Entertainment Television. I have followed the show and I am glad to be a part of the show now. The story is extremely relatable. In the show, I will be seen playing the role of Imarti, Inspector Hanuman Singh’s late wife. I am thrilled to be a part of Patiala babes family and look forward to working with really talented bunch of actors. When I heard the story of Imarti, I could not resist myself and readily took the role. She was always in talks of hanuman from the very first day but never seen in the show. Now is the time they got to see the face of Imarti and chemistry between them. I am going to be seen opposite Aniruddh dave for the first time and I am quite excited.” (sic).
