MUMBAI: New comedy show ‘India's Laughter Champion’ has been announced by the channel on which The Kapil Sharma Show airs. The promo has come amid speculation that Kapil's show is set to take a break due to his US tour with the team.
Several fans took to the comments section and asked if Kapil's show will go off the air. There were others who guessed that Navjot Singh Sidhu, who had been replaced by Archana Puran Singh, is going to return with this show.
One user commented, "Mujhe laga tha Kapil ko Comedy Circus ka koi season replace karega lekin ye bhi theek hain (I thought Kapil's show would be replaced by Comedy Circus but even this is fine)."
Another wrote, "Finally the great Indian laughter show is back. Sidhhu paaji is returning." A user also speculated, "Matlab ab Kapil ki dukan band hogi (Means Kapil's shop will shut down)."

“TKSS won't go off air abruptly. The team has created a bank of episodes that will go on air when Kapil travels with his team to the US for his comedy tour,” a source indormed.
It further added, "We are working on creating a bank of episodes, which will air when the cast is away on tour for a month in June. The show may take a short break around that time because Kapil likes to take short breaks between seasons. But there is nothing concrete on that front yet."
