Jasmine Avasia roped in for Shashi-Sumeet Mittal's next for Life OK

We are back with more exclusive updates on Life OK’s upcoming show, which will be the Season 2 of Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki. The show produced by Shashi-Sumeet Productions will be shooting the pilot in some days time. Jasmine Avasia, who got her fame and recognition after being a contestant in Splitsvilla 5 has been roped in to play a crucial role in the show, is what we get to hear now. Jasmine was seen in Zee TV’s Ek Mutthi Aasmaan and recently played the role of Rhea in Shashi-Sumeet’s Tumhari Paakhi on Life OK. Now, she will be seen in the same production house’s upcoming show for Life OK. As per sources, Jasmine will play the love interest of the main lead, essayed by Mohsin Khan. She will eventually have to bow out of the race when Mohsin will get married to the small town girl, Lakshmi who will be the female lead. However, we hear that Jasmine will have a long-running role in the show. When contacted, Jasmine told us, “Yes, I will be seen in an upcoming show of Shashi-Sumeet Mittal, is what I can say. Sorry I cannot talk further.” As we know, Khalid Siddiqui and Mandira Bedi will play integral roles in the show. Watch this space for more updates.
