Juhi takes up the challenge!

Juhi Parmar finally makes news for reasons other than Kumkum and Anuj Saxena. She has been roped in to anchor Star One's much talked show, Colgate Maxfresh Antakshari -The Great Challenge along with seasoned host Annu Kapur. Though a few polished singers and actors had auditioned for this musical show, it was the vivacious Juhi who was finally zeroed in. An ecstatic Juhi remarks, "I enjoy acting, but nothing feels better than being able to interact with a live audience…that too on a grandeur platform like Antakshari, where I get to share the stage with none other than the Annu Kapur. This will be my first ever anchoring stint and I am very thrilled. As far as music goes, my friends call me a musical encyclopedia as I know many songs, but I am brushing up my musical knowledge for the show to make sure I do a great job!". She adds, "I have always been a fan of this show right since my school days and I am very excited to be co-hosting it with Annuji." What will be interesting to watch is the chemistry between Juhi and Annu Kapoor as the latter is known for eating up most of the screen space! We all know about the line up of female co-anchors who have left the show (the original avatar on Zee) because of this interference. So is Ms. Parmar ready to survive this great challenge?
