MUMBAI: Kamya Punjabi, who is currently seen in Ishq Jabariya, has come out in support of her former co-star, Vivian Dsena, as he competes in Bigg Boss 18. Having shared the screen with Vivian in Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki on Colors TV, Kamya speaks highly of her experience working with him and the bond they've maintained over the years.
"I know Vivian as my co-star in Shakti. It was a good working experience with him, and I knew Vivian even before this. I am an avid follower of Bigg Boss, and though I’ve missed a few episodes, I will be watching it regularly, especially for Vivian," Kamya said, showing her support for the actor.
Kamya, who has herself been a contestant on Bigg Boss and is a regular viewer, recently stirred a conversation with her tweet questioning the use of the term "Colors ka ladla" in reference to Vivian. In her tweet, she expressed concern that such labels could be detrimental to a contestant's game.
Addressing the tweet, Kamya clarified, "Terms like 'ladla' shouldn’t be used, whether it’s for Vivian or anyone else, because it’s a game. Such terms unnecessarily hamper the potential of a strong player like Vivian. He is a 'lambi race ka ghoda' and a good human being. He is very intelligent and sharp but often misunderstood. Give him a fair chance to play, and no one should put labels on him."
Kamya emphasized that Vivian’s fan following is genuine, and she is confident that he will receive everyone’s support in Bigg Boss 18. Her backing adds weight to Vivian’s presence in the show, as both friends and fans rally behind him in his journey.
